Hello. Happy nearly spring. I have been working on a very fun project for the last 6 months or so. As I search for fabulous, unusual materials, I've also been keeping my eyes peeled for lost and forgotten hand work. Sometimes I find a cross stitch in a frame, sometimes embroidery on table linen or a pillow case. I've been stashing the pieces away to make spring skirts for 2020! So here are a few pics just to get you curious. I'm giving handwork that has been more or less thrown away a new opportunity to have a second life and shine.
