Totes are the perfect bag for markets, beach or as a carry on.  When open it is 22” across the top, 15” tall and 13” across on the bottom and 5” wide.  When snapped in it is the same measurements except 9” across the top.  This is a soft bag, no corners so it has a very long life.  My mom often says she loads her tote with bricks and uses it as a carry on.  I’ve seen it, it is true.  They are tough.
