This cotton fabric was drapery.  The woman dancing in flowers was from an vintage tea towel.  The front is large blue rick rack and the back is tiny blue of the same color.  Which is what one might do if they ran out of large rick rack but it actually looks cute that way.  The edges of the tea towel are tatted.
